JOB REQUIREMENTS: 2025 Paid Summer Counselor Opportunity! FORWARD SERVICE CORPORATION (FSC) UPWARD BOUND PROGRAMS Upward Bound Summer Program A four-week position supervising and mentoring high school students, plus three in-service/training days. Working days will be as follows: Training (June 10-12): Full-day training at the University of Wisconsin-Stout (overnight accommodations provided) (June 18-25 & July 9-16): Staff will live on campus at UW Stout and supervise students (June 30-July 2): Staff will stay overnight in a hotel and supervise students during community service activities at UW Eau Claire (July 23-26): Trip to various locations and campuses in WI, MN and IA. Staff will stay overnight in hotels on the route and supervise students during the trip Compensation: UB Summer Counselor: Total of \$4,000 plus an additional \$100 for each returning year. Maximum pay of \$4,500. Payment is paid in two installments: half mid-program and half at end. UB Summer Counselor Lead: Total of \$4,200 plus an additional \$100 for each returning year.
