ManpowerGroup Quality Engineer in Mesa, Arizona

Our client, a global leader in the design, engineering and manufacturing of components, assemblies, and systems for OEMs is seeking a Quality Engineer Manager to join their team. As a Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Complete Vehicle Group supporting Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement.

Job Title: Quality Engineer (Automotive Manufacturing)

Location: Mesa, AZ

Pay: $85,000 - $100,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the successful implementation/execution and continuous improvement of the cross-functional problem management process, the management of warranty claims, and the coordination of hold management.

  • Ensuring that deviations from production specifications are consistently detected, documented, analyzed, controlled, processed, and reported by implementing a stable issue management process.

  • Cross-functional coordination between production/planning/supplier management/logistics.

  • Contact person for audits on the main tasks of issue management.

Requirements

  • US Citizen

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience working in a Automotive manufacturing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes and systems.

  • Quality management methods (8D, Ishikawa, Poka-Yoke, etc.)
