ManpowerGroup Remote Inbound Call Center in Mesa, Arizona

Our client, Global leader in customer experience management, digital engagement, and technology solutions is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Rep to join their team. As an Inbound Call Center Rep, you will be part of the Call Center supporting the Customer Service Reps. The ideal candidate will have Inbound Call Center and Inbound Customer Service which will align successfully in the organization.

Permanent Position(Direct Hire) to Start ASAP!

Job Title: Remote Inbound Customer Service

Location: Mesa

Pay Range: $15.00-$16.00 hourly depending on experience

(Start $15.00hourly, after 30 bump up to $15.50 hourly, after 30 days Bump up to $16.00 hourly)

Availability: Full time (some shifts may depend on availability). Monday-Sunday (5days/8 hours shift between 6:00am-6:00pm)

What’s the Job?

Assist all customers through inbound calls, emails, and/or chats.

Communicate a variety of information to the customer.

Be an active listener and help resolve customer inquiries.

Provide a meaningful and positive experience with every customer interaction.

Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services.

Working as a Customer Service Representative, You Have:

What’s Needed?

A high school diploma (or equivalent).

6 months – 1 year of customer service experience.

Great communication skills, both verbal and written

The ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled.

The understanding you will be working on-site at our state-of-the-art campus in Mesa,
