Perform manual and automated testing, specialized testing and phlebotomy. Assist the section supervisor with QA and QC activities, regulatory compliance, and training/competency/proficiency of staff, instrument implementation, and special projects as necessary. Support the daily operations of the department and assume responsibility in the absence of the Supervisor to ensure quality and efficiency of the department. Promote a positive, team spirited image to patients, visitors and peers. Satisfactory completion of an MT Program with a Bachelor's degree required. Must possess MT(ASCP) certification or equivalent
