Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in media account management or the advertising industry.
Experience in a customer-facing role working with digital advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Shopping, Analytics, etc.).
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing and customizing experience for a customer base.
Experience working with Google Ads, including execution level and consultative level
Ability to take initiative and work with minimal guidance, and the ability to lead, motivate, and work well with others.
Ability to multi-task and to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Ability to reach out to customers, and assist them in adding value to their business.
Excellent communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.

As a New Business Strategist, you’ll be a critical member of our Onboarding team, managing the onboarding of new advertising customers for Google throughout the region. You will be engaging with new customers and supporting them in learning how best to utilize Google solutions for their business, while also developing digital advertising solutions that meet their growth goals and business objectives.
In addition, you will manage the relationship with our Acquisitions and Sales team for customers. You'll work with a highly engaged team and use your creative skills to grow and transform the business, while also using your consultative skills to understand our advertisers' needs and to deliver measurable solutions.

Manage and develop trusted relationships with clients and help them achieve business goals while contributing to the team performance consistently delivering against quarterly goals.
Deliver against assigned customer goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding onboarding experience to Google's advertisers.
Work closely with colleagues in New Business Sales (NBS) and Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sales to deliver seamless customer handovers and to ensure a Googley customer experience.
Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships. Tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions and promote other Google products.
Communicate with customers proactively, via phone and email. Provide strategic advice and help our advertisers get the best return on their advertising investment by working closely with them in a consultative role.
