About The Role

Do you want to give your clients a reason to smile every single day? As Sales Executive for Querétaro you will be responsible for handling the relationship with the client based on trust and respect, increase sales profitably, improve levels of their distribution and market shares, in accordance with our business principles and maintaining a healthy credit portfolio! Helps prepare, implement marketing and promotional campaigns to drive demand. Forecast, develop, implement and supervise customer specific plans to achieve our commercial goals. Communicate plans to field teams for in-store support. Visit stores to better understand implementation challenges to optimize future approaches. Write and share findings, insights and recommendations! You will have an integral role in driving consumer demand!

What You Will Do

  • Support meeting the sales objectives: Sell-in, Sell-out & market share

  • Achieve sales objectives of the assigned territory

  • Implement CP's commercial strategies, ensuring the accurate execution of 5p's

  • Analyze the current situation of the stores in charge, their results, as well as detect opportunities

  • Developing and handling relationships between Colgate Palmolive and Customers

  • Guarantee the accurate implementation of the events and their follow-up for fulfillment of the objectives

  • Interact appropriately with the third party support team in the field

  • Lead Customer Engagement looking for balanced growth

What You Need (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or related

  • Desirable at least 2 years of sales/commercial experience in a consumer goods company (In roles as Salesperson, Blue Jacket/Business Partner, Sales Coordinator or related)

  • Wholesaler experience

  • Excel advanced

  • Driving experience and active Driver's license

  • Communication, negotiation, analysis and other interpersonal skills

  • Intermediate-Advanced English Level
