Responsibilities

• To provide Information Technology services and solutions to NBS Manila site in-line with Company and PH LGO objectives.

• To ensure efficiency and availability of IT services to avoid disruption of work or loss to the company.

• To be the IT Champion in the field of expertise driving improvement and ensuring compliance to Global and Security standards.

• User/Device Support

• Workstation Management & Support

• Desktop & Mobile Device Management Tools

What will make you successful

• College Graduate related to the field of I.T.

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in I.T. (Server, Network/Telephony, EUC), preferably on a Shared Service environment- experience in service desk service

• Experience in an ERP application environment, preferably SAP would be a plus

• Detail-oriented, and able to prioritize work

• Strong IT Technical Skills (Network, Telephony, Windows Servers, End User and Mobile Computing)
