Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger functions, including preparing and posting journal entries, account reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.

• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all financial deadlines are met.

• Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policies.

• Analyze financial data and provide variance reports to management.

• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis.

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing functions.

• Experience in Multi State Sales Tax.

• Review and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and accuracy of the accounting function.

• Ensure adherence to internal controls and assist with the development of new policies and procedures.
