Robert Half is partnering with a well-established company in the area, known for its excellent reputation and commitment to customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience working in a call center environment and who feels comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
Job Description:
Handling inbound and outbound calls daily, addressing customer inquiries and providing solutions
Assisting customers via phone and email with account-related questions, updates, and general support
Updating customer accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and current
Following up with customers on specific needs to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
Troubleshooting customer concerns and providing step-by-step guidance
Processing orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring all requests are completed in a timely manner
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary
Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and resolve issues
Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of products/services
Contributing to process improvements by identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies
Requirements
2+ years of customer service or call center experience
Fluency in Spanish (bilingual required)
Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly detail-oriented and well-organized
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
