We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team in Doral, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data within our systems to support various business functions. Responsibilities

1. Inputting Data

• Enter information from various sources such as paper documents, forms, or digital files.

• Update and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, or specialized software.

2. Data Verification

• Review and verify the accuracy of entered data for consistency and completeness.

• Cross-check data against original documents or source files.

3. Data Organization

• Sort and organize data logically to ensure it is easy to find and retrieve.

• Maintain files and records in a systematic way, both digital and physical if needed.

4. Updating Records

• Regularly update existing records with new information.

• Edit or modify data as required to keep records current.

The essential functions of this role include:
