Description

Robert Half is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant to support our management team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at juggling multiple tasks, this is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior management.

  • Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.

  • Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.

  • Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.

  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and requests.

  • Organize and maintain executive files and records.

  • Assist in the preparation and review of documents and reports.

  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Manage administrative tasks, including expense reports and budget tracking.

  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings.

  • Conduct research and gather data to support executive decision-making.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

  • Perform additional tasks and support special projects as needed.

  • Maintain a professional and positive image of the executive office.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Fluency in Spanish is required.

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities.

  • Ability to work effectively with senior executives and colleagues.

  • Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
