Position Specific Description

In this role, you will lead Revenue Recovery system support, including CIS, XD Projects and other Revenue Recovery applications.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Fulfill the role of product owner for Revenue Recovery system projects with a focus on Xploration Destiny(XD)

  • Manage system issues in CIS and SAP, liaising with the technical team and stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.

  • Assist in the development of reporting and/or automation to support Revenue Recovery initiatives.

  • Reporting and system analytics support

The ideal candidate must have experience managing system projects, with particular emphasis on the development and documentation of requirements, working with relational databases, and SQL. Programming experience is a plus!

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plans, coordinates and completes a large or several medium or small project(s) within budgetary and scheduling guidelines

  • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports

  • Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes

  • Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis

  • Identifies issues and challenges, measures and validates results, and implements solutions

  • Provides information to internal and external clients on moderate to complex issues

  • Creates and communicates presentation materials for report out and updates with various levels of internal and external stakeholders

  • Conducts external research and stays abreast of new developments or innovative advancements pertaining to the project

  • Provides coaching, leadership and direction to project team

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED

  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience

  • Experience: 2+ years

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
