Job Description:

We are seeking a Purchasing Clerk with strong data entry skills to support our procurement team. The ideal candidate will assist with purchasing orders, vendor coordination, and maintaining accurate records. Experience with Workday software is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process purchase orders and track deliveries

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and payments

• Input and update data with a high level of accuracy

• Communicate with vendors to confirm orders and resolve issues

• Assist with inventory management and stock level monitoring

• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of purchasing or data entry experience

• Strong proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office (Excel)

• Experience with Workday software is a plus

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
