CALL CENTER HOURS OF OPERATION ARE 7 DAYS A WEEK 9AM-9PM EASTERN TIME
YOU MUST BE FLEXIBLE BETWEEN 9AM-9PM 7 DAYS A WEEK (A 5 DAY 40 HOUR WORK WEEK WILL BE ASSIGNED TO YOU)
Our client, a leading healthcare technology firm is seeking a Bilingual-Spanish Call Center Agents to join their team, REMOTELY ! (East Coast Preferred)

Qualifications:
Must be fully fluent/bilingual Spanish/English
Need Call Center and Spanish speaking exp in job
Healthcare experience preferred!
Must have open flexibility to work any day of the week between 9AM-9PM, including weekends - no preferences accepted
No time off during 4-week training!
Must be available to work some holidays
Job Summary:
Place and field calls, chats, SMS or emails
Communicate with contacts in a professional and empathetic manner
Collect and record information in the CRM
Provide contacts with approved information and, if appropriate, refer them to additional resources
Follow script. Representatives are not permitted to deviate from the script or provide information that is not included in the script.
Work environment:
100% Remote
Equipment Provided
4 week training Mon-fri - 9am-5pm
Hours: 9am- 9pm EST 7 days a week - will provide permanent schedules post training
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
