As part of the Software and Product Innovation - Quality Engineering team you lead the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies across diverse technology stacks within an Agile environment. As a Director, you set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You are instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation, inclusive leadership, and continuous improvement, adhering to firm standards and advancing IT capabilities.

What You Must Have
High School Diploma
10 years of experience in progressive roles leading IT transformation that include operations, policy, and business strategy
What Sets You Apart
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems preferred
Leading large and diverse quality assurance teams
Developing quality assurance guidelines and standards
Demonstrating experience in SAP S4/Hana implementation and management
Communicating quality assurance processes across teams
Influencing quality and productivity improvements
Promoting a culture of innovation and inclusive leadership
Managing resources across the Testing Center of Excellence

The salary range for this position is: $167,000 - $410,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
