ITsHRc, LLC Project Engineer in Miamisburg, Ohio

Role Overview

As a Project Engineer, you'll work in a highly collaborative environment, serving as a technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout engineering, design, fabrication and construction projects. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of the project design phase and structural solution deployment
  • Review and interpret structural/architectural drawing sets, client specifications, and building codes
  • Collaborate with structural engineers and designers on project layouts and conceptual models
  • Represent our company in BIM coordination meetings
  • Provide project engineering support and leadership across departments

About Our client

At our client's Dayton, Ohio-based company, we're a forward-thinking organization that values creativity, collaboration, and cutting-edge technology. Our client envisions transforming the construction industry through innovative solutions and unparalleled expertise!

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5-10 years in a similar role (Project Manager in Engineering) as a Project Engineer
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in BIM Coordination, Navisworks, Revit, and AutoCAD
  • Education/Certification: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, or Mechanical Engineering and a Licensed Professional Engineer is preferred
  • Bonus: Structural Analysis and/or Construction experience
  • *Essential: * Exceptional verbal/written communication and leadership skills

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay: $85,000-$105,000 (DOE)
  • Hybrid Work Opportunity: After 3 months, enjoy a mix of in-office (Monday & Friday) and remote work (Tuesday-Thursday)
  • Travel: 15% or less (US based travel)
  • Flexible Schedule: Balance work and life
