What You Will Be Doing The Senior Applications Engineer will provide support across several applications and assist with the implementation of new solutions managed by the Application Development and Integration team. These solutions include commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) applications as well as cloud-based and software-as-a-service (SAAS) solutions. Responsibilities include being able to work independently, while applying a curious, confident approach, on the design, implementation, and maintenance of these applications, including ongoing updates and upgrades as needed while being cautious with production implementation. As well as serving as the technical lead on projects, troubleshooting, providing level 3 support, and ensuing design and technical documentation is created and updated. About The Role Acts as Technical Reference User for assigned applications including Intapp Open, Intapp NBI, IntApp Flow and Intapp Integrate and leverages previous experience to develop new solutions Performs application deployments, upgrades and patch planning. Develop and maintain integrations with various APIs and HTTP endpoints. Design and implement RESTful services to support business needs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API integrations and data exchange. Maintains awareness of technology developments and makes recommendations. Assists with resolution of escalated incidents and participates in problem management activities. Assume ownership of support and troubleshooting of IntApp and other assigned applications. Serves as a resource for small application-specific development requests and addresses special requests from Information Services and other computer users. Designs, configures, codes, and documents business systems and assigned application software. Assumes responsibility for implementation, maintenance and technical support of purchased and custom developed software packages and integrations, which often requires working directly with vendors and 3rd party consultants. Provides guidance and influences the implementation of existing and new technologies, adhering to existing best practices and standards adopted by the Firm and the industry. Contributes to improving and creating such standards when applicable Oversees application packaging requirements, configuration, design and customization for large, complex or Firm-wide applications. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Contributes to the Firm's service excellence initiative to consistently improve its image internally and externally. Displays professionalism, quality service and a "can do" attitude to internal members/departments of the firm as well as external clients and vendors via electronic and print correspondence, over the telephone and in-person. Required Skills What You Will Bring/Your Qualifications Experience with IntApp Open, IntApp Flow and IntApp Integrate, or similar technology is preferred.
