We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join a growing organization in Middleburg, Florida. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working as an HR Generalist, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Employee Relations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Manage full-cycle talent acquisition, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes.

• Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation

• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, ensuring a positive work environment and handling employee relations matters.

  • Assist with payroll processing.

  Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

3-5 years human resources experience

Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)

PHR or SPHR certification preferred

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
