Robert Half Administrative Assistant III in Midland, Texas

Description We are providing an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant III to join our team in Houston, Texas. As part of the team, you will be engaged in an array of tasks ranging from processing vendor tickets to coordinating supplier onboarding. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and operates on a hybrid work schedule, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office work from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, organize, and prioritize vendor master tickets and new supplier requests in the Vendor Master Team Site Ariba and SAP.

• Coordinate existing supplier enablement Ariba set-up in collaboration with AP Vendor Admin and Supplier Enablement Team.

• Oversee new supplier registration onboarding, which includes engaging suppliers to verify supplier information records Supplier Registration Form and notify supplier of onboarding status.

• Facilitate supplier pre-qualification Security Legal.

• Liaise with AP Vendor Admin Supplier Enablement Security HES and Legal for setting supplier up in the system for purchasing and payment transactions.

• Interface with the supplier community effectively, demonstrating strong communication skills to ensure smooth operations across all levels.

• Exhibit excellent customer service and complaint management skills, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.

• Demonstrate proficiency in time management and the ability to assess and assign priorities accurately.

• Adapt and provide continued support to customers through change and uncertainty.

• Display judgment and make decisions independently, adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Apply your knowledge of the company's ERP system / data repository and ability to learn new systems / processes / applications promptly. Requirements • Proven experience in Customer Service and Complaint Handling

• Proficiency in Procedures and Payment Processing

• Familiarity with Workstation Support and Security measures

• Experience with Onboarding and serving as a Liaison between different parties

• Excellent Communication Skills and Time Management abilities

• Knowledge of dealing with Suppliers and adhering to Company Policy

• Proficiency in onsite working and ERP Solutions

• Ability to work with Respository, Ariba, Pre-Qualification, and NIS systems

• Experience with Supplier Enablement, SAP S/4HANA, and EO/IR systems is preferred.
