Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Data Operations Analyst in Midland, Texas. This role is primarily office-based with some fieldwork, and involves careful collaboration with vendors and data management for our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with vendors to facilitate water relocation from one point to another

• Monitor and record barrel data from landowners for review by the Chief Operating Officer and subsequent processing by the Accounting department

• Keep track of barrel data at Sale Point meters for COO review and Accounting department processing

• Conduct reconciliation of purchased versus sold barrels, ensuring to maintain a margin below 2.5-5%

• Identify and rectify any discrepancies in the reconciliation process

• Implement and oversee data quality control measures

• Maintain close communication with the Accounting department and report directly to the Chief Operating Officer

• Handle additional responsibilities as required, beyond the primary tasks listed above. Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or related field

Skills:

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems

• Knowledge of Data Mining Techniques

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Skilled in Accrual Accounting

• Experience in Auditing

• Knowledge of Budget Processes
