We're seeking a Culture Strategy Director who is:
A Cultural Anthropologist : Deeply passionate about human behavior, with an insatiable curiosity about the nuanced ways people interact, communicate, and evolve

Responsabilità
In this role, you'll be:
Strategic Orchestration
Crafting holistic brand strategies that transcend traditional campaign thinking
Identifying and activating cultural opportunities that position brands as relevant, dynamic cultural participants
Developing creative briefs that are more than documents—they're inspirational manifestos that ignite creative teams
Cultural Intelligence
Acting as our agency's cultural radar, continuously scanning global and local trends
Partnering with our data and insights team to uncover emerging consumer insights and behavioral shifts
Translating complex cultural observations into actionable, innovative strategic approaches
Creative Collaboration
Working intimately with creative teams to transform cultural insights into breakthrough creative work
Presenting and selling strategies that are not just smart, but genuinely exciting
Mentoring junior strategists, helping them develop both strategic acumen and creative confidence
Leadership & Growth
Driving strategic vision across assigned business portfolios
Building and nurturing client relationships founded on trust, insight, and creative ambition
Contributing to agency growth through new business development and thought leadership
Qualifiche
We're looking for a strategic powerhouse who brings:
Minimum 7 years of experience in international agencies or global brands
Mastery of brand planning and creative strategy, with a razor-sharp focus on cultural strategy
A proven track record of developing holistic, innovative communication strategies
Award-winning campaign experience (Effie, APG, IPA) that demonstrates strategic excellence
An impressive ability to uncover unique consumer insights that genuinely inspire creative work
An unwavering commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing
