As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for a Customer Complaints and Returns Administrator to join our Quality team at our Mill Hall, PA site

You will be responsible for coordinating the SAP-compliant quality notification process while performing all job duties in accordance with Croda's safety, health, and environmental regulations. Additional tasks may be assigned to support the team's needs.

What You'll Be Doing:

Be part of a team that values diversity, sustainability, and continuous innovation, where your ideas and contributions matter. 

•        Processing of customer complaints in SAP

o   Seek clarification from originators as required

o   Direct site of manufacture sample requests to the customer for continued investigation

o   Notify other complaint coordinators and investigators as required

•        Assigns and closes tasks upon completion

•        Provide status updates to investigators and customers as needed

•        Create and send customer notifications

•        Attend weekly Material Review Board meetings

•        Seek status of outstanding tasks for completion as needed

•        Document correspondence within the complaint in SAP as required

•        Generate monthly and quarterly reports as needed

•        Assist in guiding users with the proper complaint process 

Who We're Looking For:

•                AA or AS Degree or equivalent experience, science related field is a plus. 

•                Experience using SAP. 

•                Understanding of complaint process and/or supply chain. 

•                Understanding of ISO 9001 standard.

•                Advanced knowledge of MS Office. 

•                Excellent communication and writing skills.

•                Must have written and oral proficiency in the English language.
