Bureau of Naval Personnel MANAGEMENT ANALYST in Millington, Tennessee

Summary You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Internal Controls and Audit Division, Business Operations Office, of Navy Personnel Command Reserve, located at Naval Support Activity, Millington, TN. Responsibilities You will manage the organization's Integrated Risk Management Programs by identifying and establishing assessable units that provide adequate coverage of major functions. You will submit timely and accurate reports on program performance to higher authorities. You will respond to audit findings by implementing corrective actions and improvements as necessary. You will provide training on Integrated Risk Management Program procedures to department coordinators. You will ensure department risk assessments are conducted IAW policy and regulations. You will ensure potential risks and proper mitigation strategies are identified. You will submit the Annual Certification Statement of Assurance for leadership to review and concur. You will ensure compliance with relevant Federal laws, regulations, and agency policies in all program activities. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Submitting timely and accurate reports on risk management program performance to higher authorities: 2) Providing training on Integrated Risk Management program procedures to department coordinators; 3) Ensuring potential risk risks and proper mitigation strategies are identified; and 4) Ensure command compliance with relevant Federal laws, regulations. and agency policies in all program activities.
