ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead daily execution activities with3rd party service providers independently and resolve various customer fulfilment and freight management exceptions by working cross functionally with internal and external teams
• Participate in design and implementation of ERP-Systems/applications to meet business needs and drive automation initiatives
• Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems enhancements
• Identify inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Undertake ad-hoc queries and perform quantitative and/or qualitative analysis to resolve operational issues and drive operational excellence
• Serve as owner of logistics KPIs by analyzing supplier performance indicators, leading regular KPI reviews and driving root cause and corrective actions with our service providers
• Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization and cost savings
