JOB REQUIREMENTS: Seal & Shelter Assembly Shift: 2nd, (4pm-12:30am) Pay: \$17.50-\$18/hr. (Based on experience) We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician to perform assembly duties for rigid and padded seal and shelter products. Join our team and contribute to creating high-quality products in a dynamic work environment! Job Description: Review production schedules and job cards for product type and quantity. Perform covering operations, including brush or spray gluing and attaching foam pads to boards. Transport completed boards and sewed covers to the assembly staging area. Work collaboratively to apply covers to boards and foam, ensuring proper stretching and nailing. Attach hardware kits and clean gluing equipment as needed. Cut and measure aluminum pipe to specified lengths for assembly. Add pull-rope systems to hoods by drilling holes and attaching necessary components. Assemble shelters by trimming wood and nailing or screwing parts together according to specifications. Drill holes in frames, cut metal to size, and attach corners and fiberglass. Prepare assemblies for shipment, including boxing and labeling products accurately.
