In the Business Development Manager - Homecare position, you\'lldrive revenue growth by converting underdeveloped accounts into loyal buyers. This role requires strategic sales expertise, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs. You\'ll also leverage AI-driven insights, including Call Miner and Mouse Flow, to analyze Homecare customer behavior and develop targeted solutions. Additionally, you\'ll collaborate with Data Science teams to build a GPT-based AI model for Homecare, integrating cutting-edge technology into sales strategies. What You\'ll Do and Impact: Drive AI-powered business development strategies by leveragingCall Miner and Mouse Flow to gain insights into Homecare customer behaviors and optimize service offerings. Collaborate with Data Science teams to develop a GPT-based AI model for Homecare, aligning AI capabilities with business needs. Generate new revenue in the Homecare market through prospecting, developing, and leveraging new relationships with key decision-makers via phone and digital channels. Use predictive buying data and advanced digital sales and marketing tools to identify customer needs and deliver AI-enhanced recommendations for products and services. Coordinate internal resources to quickly address customer needs, requests, and operational challenges.
