Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant for a Milwaukee area organization. This role requires you to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless daily operations and facilitating efficient communication within the organization. As the ideal candidate, you are a confident multitasker with exceptional organizational skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to maintain discretion with sensitive information. Job Responsibilities:
Perform calendar management, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements while ensuring effective time prioritization.
Act as the primary point of contact between the executive(s), clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
Handle confidential information and materials with discretion, maintaining trust and confidentiality.
Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items as needed.
Manage expense reporting and reconcile executive accounts in a timely manner.
Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks to support executive priorities.
Anticipate the needs of the executives and proactively address them, streamlining operations and enabling increased effectiveness.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role supporting senior executives.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Professional demeanor and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments with minimal supervision.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or applicable commensurate experience.
