Those in Guidewire testing at PwC will specialise in testing and quality assurance activities related to Guidewire applications. Guidewire is a software suite that provides insurance companies with tools for policy administration, claims management, and billing. You will be responsible for confirming that the Guidewire applications meet the desired quality standards and perform as expected.

The Opportunity
As part of the FS Enabling Technologies team you lead Quality Assurance and Testing (QA/QT)-based engagements. As a Manager you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are responsible for project success and maintaining rigorous standards, while leveraging team strengths and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
Guidewire accredited in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and/or ClaimCenter preferred
SAFe certification preferred
CSM certification preferred
Proven record in leading QA/QT engagements
Experience in assessing test organizations
Proficiency in managing test delivery engagements
Knowledge of testing tools and methodologies
Problem-solving and creative thinking skills
Experience in collaborating with business development teams

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
