SITE STAFFING INC Industrial Painter in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Painter is responsible for prepping and painting components of all Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor (VRC) equipment and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely, cost effective and consistent manner to guarantee a quality end product and on-time delivery in accordance with company procedures and policies and meets external customer requirements. Responsibilities 1. Uses solvents to clean and prepare VRC components for painting 2. Assist the Painter with preparing paint according to equipment and paint specifications 3. Hangs components on paint line to be painted, tagging as needed 4. Removes painted components from paint line and stacks on carts, delivers to stocking areas, staging areas or to individuals 5. Disposes and removes old paint in accordance with safety requirements, policies and procedures 6. Completes all work orders according to schedule, meeting or exceeding deadlines while focusing on a high-quality end product 7. Cleans all paint line equipment and maintains an organized work area 8. Maintains all required paperwork, records, documentation, etc. 9. Reports to work on time on each scheduled work day 10. Works safely and follows all company safety rules 11. Primary focus of all business-related efforts is, and must remain that of promoting excellence in all Pflow products Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
