The Headlines:

As Manager of Supply Planning working in Milwaukee, WI, you will lead our team of supply planning professionals responsible for collaborating with our partners to deliver import requirements to the US and supply export customer markets with supply. This role is also responsible for delivering on our service and cost metrics. This position reports to the senior manager, Partnerships, and collaborates closely with the Customer Service and Supply team, Breweries, Material Planning, Procurement, and Commercial teams in North America.

The Responsibilities:

· Leads the business team responsible for managing and implementing supply planning processes in our beverage space

· As a Leader, you will guide and develop our Analyst professionals, ensuring they are well-trained and focused on delivering business results. Your role supports their growth and development through career discussions and one-on-one conversations.

· Develops and implements standard supply chain processes and procedures that address product supply and availability. Expected to understand the principles of inventory control, forecast accuracy, and data management. Proactively monitor trends and patterns that may have an impact on the customer market and/or MCBC distributor network

· Manage the team and process that balances demand with production availability and manages exception processes to identify issues that require the product to be sourced from an alternate source, local production, or DOI adjustments.

· Work with cross-functional peer groups to develop and manage effective cross-functional processes, standards, and Service Level Agreements (SLA)

The Other Qualifications:

· You have a bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related discipline or equivalent work experience of 6+ years in Supply Chain Leadership
