JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Title: Manufacturing Lead Company: Air Filter Supplier/Manufacturer Shift: 1st Shift (6:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Thursday; 6:30 AM - 12:30 PM, Friday) Salary: \$25.00 per hour Location: Milwaukee, WI 53218 Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Lead to join our team. In this role, you will oversee production processes, train team members, and help improve manufacturing operations. You will report directly to the Director of Manufacturing, working closely with the team to meet production and shipping goals. Your ideas and suggestions will be valued as we work together to find solutions to manufacturing challenges.
