Participate in project pursuits, proposals, and developing strong client relationships. Mentor less experienced mechanical staff. Professional growth opportunities. As a member of the GRAEF Mechanical Team, your responsibilities may include: Perform HVAC Engineering for Healthcare facilities including the production of drawings, specifications, calculations, and design reports. Coordinate between multiple disciplines and attend regular meetings. Perform computer-aided drafting using Revit and design for various projects. Participation in commissioning related activities relevant to the design process. We are considering candidates who possess the following minimum qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in mechanical or architectural engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license. A minimum of 8 years of relevant design experience. Experience in the design and specification of HVAC systems for healthcare facilities. Understanding of Healthcare design codes and standards. Commissioning experience would be a plus. Experience working with HVAC load calculation and energy modeling software. Proficiency in the following software is preferred: Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office products. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently are crucial. Why GRAEF?
