JOB REQUIREMENTS: Perform and maintain mammalian cell culture experiments, including cell seeding, subculturing, freezing, and thawing. Conduct molecular biology techniques such as DNA /RNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, qPCR and real-time PCR . Perform protein analysis techniques, including Western blotting and SDS -PAGE . Assist with the design and execution of experiments under supervision. Record and analyze experimental data accurately and maintain laboratory notebooks. Maintain laboratory equipment, prepare reagents, and ensure an organized workspace. Collaborate with other team members, participate in lab meetings, and assist with training new personnel or students. Follow lab safety protocols and institutional guidelines for biological research. Assist with general lab maintenance tasks, including ordering supplies and organizing inventories. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Requires a Bachelor\'s degree in a related field OR a high school diploma/GED (some college preferred) with 1-2 years of related lab experience. Must be willing to work flexible hours as necessary.
