Job Summary The RPA Business Analyst will work with business partners to optimize business processes and identify potential improvement and automation opportunities. The analyst will facilitate discovery sessions across various business streams, analyze and document targeted business processes (as-is and to-be), develop associated business cases, and propose potential solutions. The analyst will also monitor and optimize utilization and efficiency of automations. Working with the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) technology team and key business partners the RPA Business Analyst will drive the creation of automated solutions for the business. This role is a key link between the technical team and business partners to ensure that effective solutions are designed, developed, tested and implemented to produce measurable business value. The RPA Business Analyst will collaborate with business partners and the RPA technology team to escalate and resolve any operational issues that arise. Employees in this position will also work with business partners to manage both the day-to-day use of RPA and to support ongoing management of the RPA program.
