Job Description As a Senior HR Generalist you will be a trusted advisor for employees and managers, addressing and resolving issues and providing strategic partnership. The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for a variety of Human Resources tasks and programs, including advising people managers on the execution of performance management, coaching, corrective action issues, team building, employee development and compliance programs. Provide advice and implementation of HR policies including the following areas - Employment Legislation, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Recruitment, Workforce Planning, Rewards Strategies and Employee Engagement Understand needs and partner with leaders to achieve their goals.
