Tasks and Qualifications: What You Will do in This Role: The Senior Solution Design Engineer (Project Engineer) on the Key Accounts team is responsible for overseeing the engineering efforts and estimation of large and complex MHE solution. This team member manages the definition of solution requirements, supports customer layout reviews, generates/directs the development of solution design, supports concepting efforts and generates system cost estimations using department tools/processes. This role will lead, schedule, plan and manage all the technical activities with attention to project accuracy and quality. Review requirements from customer/sales team and closely collaborate with relevant internal/external stakeholder to generate executable system concepts Lead team members, create 3D models and generate proposal drawings to achieve concept freeze. Review systems design generated by junior engineers, identifies opportunities for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
