The Opportunity As a Shipping Supervisor with Tradebe, you will be responsible for properly supervising compliance, organization, inventory, and disposal of outbound container loads. Key Responsibilities Working supervisor who will oversee the performance and activity of the personnel on shift Follow all regulations, standards, and internal policies, to ensure Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance and promote a safe and environmentally responsible workplace. Prepare labels and markings for outbound container loads Identify and assemble containers for shipment Ensure containers meet DOT compliance specifications for shipping Complete loads, manifests, and outbound verification reports in a timely manner Segregate loads according to D.O.T. regulations Place or locate material in proper staging/storage areas Prepare material for processing operations and perform processing operations as needed Accurately track drum storage, and handle movements on tracking sheets as needed Perform daily inspections on the forklifts Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent experience Experience operating a forklift Knowledge of the hazardous waste industry is a plus Ability to read, understand and apply common operational documents and SOPs Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts Ability to define problems are required.
