Reports to: Profit Center Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older to drive a commercial motor vehicle (non-CDL)

• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle and have an acceptable driving record

• Ability to manually lift heavy boxes (50+ lbs.) of stock from shelves in warehouse, including lifting overhead, stooping down, and climbing ladders

• Ability to load and unload trucks from ground level or platform

• Ability to safely operate materials handling equipment including pallet jacks, etc.

• Positive, can-do attitude, ability to multi-task well and be proactive

• Ability to work and communicate very well in a high-paced environment

• Authorized to work in the United States (without requiring employer sponsorship)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Box truck-driving experience

• Forklift certification

Working Conditions:

Warehouse environment and outdoor conditions including sometimes extreme hot/cold temperatures. Deliveries in all weather conditions including during extreme hot/cold, rain and other seasonal conditions.

Essential Job Functions:

• Drive flatbed or box truck to job sites

• Deliver or pick up solar material from customers in professional manner

• Proactively communicate delivery ETA with customers

• Load and unload solar material from ground level or platform

• Make sure electronic Proof of Delivery is captured with photos for every delivery

• Report any issues, return requests, or customer feedback to the Account Manager or Warehouse Manager

• Assist in pulling and checking orders as needed

Compensation Range:

The compensation range for this position is $22 to $23 hourly.
