Are you an experienced Account Manager or Project Manager with a knack for building strong client relationships and delivering successful projects? Our client is looking for a driven, detail-oriented individual to manage key accounts and oversee custom manufacturing projects from start to finish. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, from initial discussions to final delivery. Every day, you’ll be responsible for keeping projects on track, managing client expectations, and helping to identify new growth opportunities within your accounts. This is an exciting chance to play a central role in the company’s success while working with a variety of clients and industries.
What You'll Be Doing:
Serve as the dedicated point of contact for key client accounts, managing ongoing relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
Oversee all aspects of client projects, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables, to ensure timely and successful completion.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, and service) to coordinate all project details and ensure everything aligns with client expectations.
Prepare and present customized quotes, project proposals, and solutions tailored to clients' specific needs.
Keep clients informed with regular updates on project status, proactively addressing any issues or roadblocks.
Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, working to expand the scope of services provided and strengthening client partnerships.
Track and manage all project-related documentation, ensuring everything is up to date and accurate.
Provide leadership and guidance on best practices for project management and customer service within your accounts.
What You Bring to the Table:
Previous experience in account management, project management, or a similar role, ideally in manufacturing, metal fabrication, or a related technical field.
A customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver solutions under tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and accounts at once.
Ability to interpret technical documents, such as blueprints or production orders, and translate those into actionable project plans.
Ability to navigate and manage client relationships while ensuring all project objectives are met.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
What’s Preferred:
High school diploma (or equivalent); further education in project management, business, or a related field is a plus.
2+ years of experience in account management, project management, or a similar customer-focused role.
Familiarity with ISO9001/AS9100 standards is a plus.
Experience using project management software or tools (ProShop or similar systems) is advantageous.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
