Job Title: Administrative SupportJob Description
We are looking for a dedicated individual to provide administrative support. The role primarily involves assisting company customers and vendors, managing customer correspondence, invoicing, expense reports, and catering setup. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Responsibilities
Assist customers and vendors
Answer the door and manage customer correspondence
Handle invoicing and expense reports
Set up catering for events
Perform order entry and processing
Manage vendor relationships and logistics
Support sales operations
Enter data accurately and efficiently
Use ERP systems and Salesforce (if experienced)
Perform clerical tasks and manage purchase orders
Essential Skills
High school diploma or GED
1+ years of experience using an ERP system
Customer service skills
Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office
Strong clerical and administrative skills
Experience in order processing and fulfillment
Computer skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Accountability and reliability
Willingness to learn from mistakes
Effective time management and punctuality
Work Environment
The position offers flexible hours, with an 8-hour workday that can be scheduled within the timeframe of 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM. This is a great opportunity to start your career and grow within the company.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
