Candidates should have experience with psychosis research, clinical care, and innovative program development. The candidate will be familiar with all components of the coordinated specialty care model to treat psychosis, including individual resiliency training, supported education and employment, family education, case management, and peer support. The candidate should have experience providing supervision, consultation, and training for coordinated specialty care teams, as well as experience providing direct care to clients and families in a team-based care setting. Experience with project management and grant writing is also preferred. Candidates should have experience with teaching and interprofessional education. This includes but is not limited to, teaching courses or didactics across disciplines, supervising learners of various disciplines, and participating in interdisciplinary research teams. Familiarity with curriculum models, teaching pedagogy, and accreditation standards for social work and other behavioral health-related disciplines is preferred. Preferred candidates would also have interest in and experience with leadership opportunities related to diversity, equity, inclusion, well-being, and social work education. This is a unique opportunity to combine the delivery of care with education on effective outcomes and the development of care delivery systems. The faculty member in this role will exercise creativity in clinical care and clinical programming, teach and supervise outstanding trainees, and have the opportunity to be involved in research. The successful applicant will join an active and growing department of 72 highly collaborative and engaged faculty members. Qualifications Required Qualifications: *Clinical, research, and academic interest and experience in psychosis and team-based care *Experience leading and developing team-based care efforts *Experience with interprofessional education and teaching and supervision across disciplines *Clinical, research, and academic interest and experience in DEI and wellbeing-related work *Graduate of a doctoral social work program (PhD/DSW) *Licensed as an LICSW and board-approved supervisor in Minnesota, or ability to obtain Minnesota licensure and approval *Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges Preferred Qualifications: *Project management certificate *Experience with providing training and consultation *Skills in grant writing *Familiarity with curriculum models, teaching pedagogy, and accreditation standards for social work and other behavioral health disciplines About the Department The Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences consists of an outstanding team of researchers, clinicians, and educators who provide world-class expertise in psychiatric illness, treatment, scholarship, and scientific discovery.
