Summary This position works directly with the project management team, the engineering team and the operations team, assisting with the upload, maintenance and accuracy of ERP data, such as BOMs, item profiles, product configurations and routes. This position will also assist with creating purchase orders, reviewing build information, and creating production orders for the operations teams to execute. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Manages daily tasks delegated by the Manager of Production Works within the ERP system, creating, profiling and maintaining product details. Responsible for assisting the upload of product details from engineering into the ERP system Creating purchase orders with the project management team when assistance is needed Creating production orders with the project management team when assistance is needed Fosters a culture that values family, innovation, collaboration and empowerment Follows all safety and workplace policies Education/Certification Associate or bachelor s degree in construction, Manufacturing, Communication, Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Engineering Experience 1-3 years of industry experience, including Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Communication and/or Project/Account Management. Experience using Microsoft Office Products Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Walking, sitting, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling and lifting may be required throughout the workday.
