Associated Bank National Centralized Account Review Administrator in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Under limited guidance, manage the completion and oversight of centralized portions of the administrative account review process. This includes administrative reviews for Personal Trust and Retirement Plan Services accounts. Completion of the designated portions of the review includes coordination and follow-up with the account officer, administrative assistant, Trust tax department, Trust support services and other areas as applicable. A background and knowledge of several types of Personal Trust and Retirement Plan services accounts is required. In addition, a strong focus on adhering to policies, procedures and compliance structure is required. Must be able to adapt to internal changes to policies and procedures as well as regulatory, statutory and tax law changes. Job Accountabilities * Complete administrative reviews of assigned accounts including the review of system coding, account documentation and correspondence to determine if the account is being administered in accordance with the governing document, policies, procedures, statutes and tax laws. * Communicate regularly with trust administration, management and support departments to efficiently and accurately complete designated portions of the account review. * Serve as a resource to administration in communicating issues identified in the account review. * Review and analyze legal documents including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, agency agreements, custody agreements, IRA simplifiers and retirement plan documents to determine effective administration and compliance with documented provisions. * Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to all aspects of the position and keep informed of new legal, regulatory, and tax developments. * Communicate regularly with division and corporate compliance and audit areas as necessary to ensure proper procedures have been followed and that ongoing policies comply with appropriate requirements. * Participate in project working groups within the organization to drive policy and procedural changes in order to improve risk mitigation and workflow efficiency. Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Business/Finance/Accounting Required Experience 2-4 years Personal Trust or Retirement Plan Services in an administrative (front-line) or support function role. Required 2-4 years Strong record of compliance with and understanding of policy, procedure and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated track record of communication within a team and across business lines/departments. Ability to work independently on projects and meet specific deadlines.
