Client Service Associate – Direct Hire Opportunity
Are you a detailed-oriented professional passionate about supporting client success in the financial services industry? We’re hiring a Client Service Associate for a full-time, direct hire position. This role is an incredible opportunity to join a dynamic team and be a pivotal resource for operational and client account management.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for client to-dos, inquiries, and questions outside of client meetings.
Research and resolve complex account issues efficiently.
Input data to generate financial plans including retirement, tax, estate, and insurance planning.
Prepare and submit all paperwork for client onboarding, transfers, and money movement, ensuring proper client documentation.
Master custodial platforms
Handle tasks like RMD cashiering and account tracking for successful business transfers.
Foster collaborative success by performing additional responsibilities as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with investment advisory systems.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
Exceptional written, verbal, and client service skills; team player and self-starter mindset.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
• Proven expertise in Private Wealth Management
• Demonstrated ability in Financial Planning
• Experience in Client Administration is essential
• Strong Client Relations skills is a must
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of financial services industry regulations and standards
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in using financial planning software and tools
