Robert Half is partnering with a Well-Recognized Company, and sourcing for an experienced and highly-skilled Contracts Manager to help oversee aspects of government contracts and RFPs. The selected candidate will work as an intermediary between the organization and government entities, ensuring full compliance with government contract requirements and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all government contracts, maximising operational and financial performance while minimising risk.

• Analyze contracts to ensure they comply with company and governmental policies and regulations.

• Prepare, review, and negotiate contractual agreements with recruitment and retention in line with government demands and needs.

• Manage all phases of the RFP process, including proposal development, submission and subsequent negotiations.

• Collaborate with various departments in submitting project deliverables and ensuring contractual obligations are met.

• Monitor the performance of each contract, ensuring that all milestones are met as per the contract terms, and make necessary changes and improvements.

• Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise and seek legal counsels when necessary.

• Maintain thorough knowledge of all changes in contract laws and standard practices pertaining to government contracts.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or related field.

• At least five years of proven experience in contract management, preferably in the public sector.

• Excellent knowledge of government procurement and contract law.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.

• Superior negotiation and communication skills.

• The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with RFP, RFI, RFQ preparation, and processes.
