The Campus Relations Coordinator will play an integral role in growing our law school outreach and summer associate recruiting efforts. The coordinator will also assist with firm events, work as a liaison between the firm and law schools, work closely with other members of the legal recruiting and legal talent departments, and assist with other tasks and projects as assigned. Essential functions: Support the creation of a campus recruiting strategy by school and help manage all on-campus activities, event planning, and execution that facilitates the candidate selection and interviewing process. Develop strong relationships with Career Services Offices and students, while collaborating internally with firm colleagues and partners to facilitate the networking and branding of the firm at targeted universities. Help identify target schools and programs to focus recruitment efforts effectively. Track and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campus recruitment initiatives. Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize future recruitment strategies. Facilitate and update interviewer training, recruiting materials for on-campus interviews and events, handouts, etc. Manage the on-campus interviewing process, early interview programs and resume collection. Collaborate with local recruiters to utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including campus events, job postings, social media, and referrals, to attract high-potential candidates. Manage sponsorships at national and regional law schools. Maintain database of all sponsorships and events. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice. Job related skills and qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. A minimum of two years of experience in a professional services office environment and previous legal recruitment experience is preferred. Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills; both written and oral. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Attention to detail, accuracy, responsiveness and excellent organizational skills. General knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as Adobe Acrobat. Overtime is required for this position, especially during the summer program, OCI, and call-back days. Overtime can be in excess of 20 hours a week. Position requires overnight travel for on-campus recruiting events throughout the year.
