The Customer Trainer will be part of the Global Customer Success- Knowledge Management team, responsible for development and delivery of technical training content and courses for customers and technical support teams.
This position will be accountable for training assets to enable the success of Stratasys customers using our additive solutions, and efficient customer support operations.
What you will be doing:
Collaborating with Product Support Management (PSM) teams to build technical training in support of New Product Introductions (NPIs)
Providing Train-the-Trainer courses for regional technical training teams in support of NPIs
Building training updates for direct delivery to worldwide technical support teams
Collaborating with regional support management and PSM teams to understand existing knowledge gaps and build training content to close them
Analyzing technical training effectiveness and adapting for improvement
Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with the Instructional Designers to build instructional videos, eLearning assets, interactive tools and AI/AR tools for technical training and support
Building and maintaining a troubleshooting-focused technical support culture and knowledge base
Following all company safety policies and procedures
Attending all required company training
Demonstrating commitments to Stratasys behaviors by leading, acting and modeling these values
Other responsibilities as assigned by the department or manager
Must have for this role:
Bachelor’s degree in Technical Education, Engineering, or related field and/or 2+ years of experience working in a technical training environment
2+ years of experience in an instructor or trainger role, conveying knowledge around technical products
1+ years of experience developing online/digital/video course conten
Nice to have for this role:
Global training program management experience
Experience working in an industrial equipment OEM environment
Proficiency in leveraging learning management systems (LMS) to track and manage global training initiatives
Creativity and willingness to gain an advanced understanding of Additive Manufacturing applications
Prior experience with Stratasys additive manufacturing solutions
Multilingual proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in English, with additional proficiency in one or more languages in Stratasys core territories (e.g., Spanish, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin)
Travel required: 25%

For this position, the typical annual starting base salary is from $58,968-$75,096 base salary, which does not include variable incentive pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. Your individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, geographical location, and/or experiences.
