Diesel Mechanic

Job Description

• We're looking for an experienced 2nd shift diesel mechanic to join our team long-term.

• This individual will need to repair and fix large and heavy-duty diesel trucks, so the more experience the better.

• Because this is an Independent/Retail shop, mechanics will have an opportunity to learn a variety of skills on various trucks.

Work Environment

• This is a small semi-truck diesel repair shop that has been serving the twin cities trucking industry for 40 years.

• Family owned and operated, their mechanics have over 150 years of combined diesel experience.

• They are an authorized OEM dealer for parts and repairs for Caterpillar, Detroit engines, and Western Star Trucks, Crane Carrier Trucks, and Landoll Trailers.

• They are also the only dealer in Minnesota for Crane Carrier Trucks and Landoll Trailers.

• The shop currently employs 10-12 mechanics, many of whom are strong in engine work.

• This is a retail shop, meaning they will fix anything, providing a dynamic and varied work environment.

Shift/Pay:

Monday - Friday - 3pm-12pm

Pay $25-$40 (depending on experience)
