2-3 years of experience soldering components onto PCBs. SMT / Pick and Place machines are strongly preferred. (Selective Soldering experience is not desired for this role.) Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Mechanical Assembler with soldering experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assembling electrical and mechanical components, ensuring precision and reliability in all tasks. Key Responsibilities: Assemble electrical and mechanical components following engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Perform soldering tasks on various electrical assemblies, ensuring high-quality and reliable connections. Conduct quality checks and inspections on assembled products to meet company standards. Collaborate with the engineering team to address any assembly issues and provide feedback for improvements. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records of work performed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is a plus. Proven experience in electrical and mechanical assembly, with a focus on soldering. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics. strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks. Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment used in electrical and mechanical assembly.

The essential functions of this role include:

  • wearing steel toe shoes

  • working in a non-temperature controlled environment
