Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant to support our leadership team.

Position: Executive Assistant

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing high-level administrative support to the organization's executive team.

  • Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments.

  • Preparing reports, memos, letters, and other documents.

  • Conducting research and providing reports on relevant topics.

  • Managing databases and filing systems.

  • Liaising with staff, donors, and the public.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in other secretarial positions.

  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

  • Exemplary planning and time management skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

  • High-level verbal and written communications skills.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
